Demetri’s Restaurant a real winner

Posted in Shopping on April 28th, 2006

Demetri s restaurant is not only the best Greek restaurant I ve ever eaten at, but also on par with the best seafood places. The service is wonderful, the staff is attentive and courteous and treat you like family. The cleanliness, nice decor, Greek music, and fireplace make for a cozy atmosphere. The Greek food was authentic and made with the freshest ingredients, everything from the dolmades and moussaka to the white fish and leg of lamb were delicious–the soups and desserts are fabulous. The best thing about this restaurant is the unbelievable value for your money. The lunch specials and early bird specials are a steal!! The lunch special gets you an entree and a soup or salad all for less than what you would spend at a fast food place. The early bird special includes an entree, soup or salad, a drink, and dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

This is a great place to sample 2 or 3 appetizers and a bowl of soup if you’re not in the mood for a full entree. That’s not to say that the entrees are lacking, fish is always fresh and the lamb and chicken dishes are great too.
