River Cove Homes Still Current

Posted in Real Estate on July 27th, 2007

River Cove Condominiums and Town Homes were originally constructed in the mid ‘60. The development ran west of Waukegan and south of Deerfield Roads, quickly becoming one of the most sought after places to live in the area. A number of these beautifully built homes have been recently remodeled and are available for purchase right now.

Many of the multi-level town homes in River Cove feature three bedrooms and two full baths, with one of the bedrooms located on the lower floor. Private entrances, oak railings on the staircase, lofty cathedral ceilings and laundry hook ups are included. The town homes also contain a spacious great room for entertaining and a European designed kitchen with standard high end stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel sink. During the remodeling phase, new hardwood flooring and new carpeting was installed in many homes, along with updated bathroom and kitchen details.

Outdoor space is at a premium in River Cove as well, with most town home residences containing a private fenced yard as well as large patio and two assigned parking spaces. These additional spaces are perfect for enjoying time outdoors and the scenic Deerfield area.
