The Regency Rules

Posted in Real Estate on August 30th, 2007

Finding an empty condo at The Regency on Deerfield Road is no easy trick. They don’t come up vacant very often and when they do, they don’t stay that way for very long either. Maybe because even though these condos aren’t new construction, they still rule for many residents of Deerfield.

The Regency sits on Deerfield Road and puts its residents close enough to the green span of the park acres as well as shops in town so that leaving your car at home and walking is an option. If you commute to work or just want to head into Chicago for pleasure, the train stop is also nearby so that you can even walk to catch your ride out of town.

Most of the units at The Regency have had some additional upgrades added and renovations done in the past few years. Newer flooring, often ceramic tile or hardwood, has been put down in some units. There have been kitchen make-overs as well and more energy efficient windows have been installed, replacing the original ones and increasing savings on heating and cooling costs. Parking is available to residents for a monthly fee of around $50.00.

The Regency is a great example of a classic condominium made even better with a few well placed upgrades. For more examples of other quality homes, check out all the Affordable Condos in Chicago.
