Villas of South Commons Not So Common

Built in 2001, the Villas of South Commons is a relatively new construction development from Edward R. James Homes. This group of fifty-one attached homes has three basic design types that have plenty of interior room and open space for buyers to customize them to their lifestyle and tastes.

The different types of homes available in the Villas can come with two to three bedrooms, an attached two car garage and roomy balconies or patios for more living space outdoors that is perfect for grilling, entertaining or relaxing with a good book.

The Villas were laid out with buildings on the west end of the complex that house six homes and east buildings that contain three homes.

The Ashbury model is located on floor one and has three bedrooms with optional den, two baths and basement. The Briarwood model is a second floor home featuring three bedrooms and two baths or an optional two bedroom plus loft. Finally, the Carlyle has two stories, from two to three bedrooms, a loft and two and a half baths.

The Villas of South Commons in Deerfield have the advantage of being located close to both a Pace Bus stop and also Metra station. This makes travel into Chicago quick and easy without driving or parking worries.

You can check the New Chicago Condo Listings to stay updated on vacancies at the Villas or any of the other condominiums in Deerfield or the Chicago area.
